Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

     1.1. By booking a car detailing service    with Lux Detail Geneva, you agree to the terms    and conditions outlined herein.

2. Service Details

     2.1. The details of the car detailing services provided will be specified at the time of booking.

     2.2. All services will be carried out at the agreed-upon location and time unless otherwise communicated.

3. Payment Terms

     3.1. Payment terms are outlined in the invoice you will be sent once the service is finished.

4. Cancellation Policy

     4.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

     4.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

     4.3. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not incur any cancellation fees.

5. No Show Policy

     5.1. If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a no-show fee of $100 will be charged.

5.2. You are deemed a no-show if you fail to appear within 30 minutes from your scheduled appointment.

     5.3. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

6. Rescheduling

     6.1. You may reschedule your appointment without any additional fees if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

     6.2. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a $50 fee.

7. Service Guarantee

     7.1. Lux Detail Geneva strives to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.

8. Liability

     8.1. Lux Detail Geneva is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

     8.2. We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

     9.1. Lux Detail Geneva reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.
